Penny Leigh clients had a great show at Morven Park this weekend.
Sandra Ranke with Lincara TWF & Annie Sikorski with Sunshine Girl 15 had superb rounds in the 1.0m jumper classes. Both pairs bringing home top prizes.
Lauri Garrett and her Rashford’s Double had great rounds in the TB and Green hunter divisions.
Natascha Folens’ Parfait, was champion in the working hunters with Brett aboard.
NCHJA Annual Show
Merlino PL had a fantastic week at the NCHJA Annual show. He was 3rd on the flat and earned a pair of 84’s today to finish 4th & 5th over fences out of 26 in the 3’ Green Hunters!!

The PL crew had a wonderful week under the oaks at Loudoun Benefit. We are so grateful to the management and staff for such a great week.

Another great day at Upperville. Natascha Folens and Parfait win a red ribbon in the middle adult u/s and an eighth over fences. Congratulations. What a success!
Upperville Results
Fantastic results for Merlino PL and Brett in the 3, 4 & 5 year old Hunters today at Upperville!! The pair were 2nd and 4th over fences and 5th in the under saddle. We could not be more impressed with this truly talented young horse. He is so special and we love him with all our heart 🖤🖤🖤
So much love and appreciation for the team that helped get them to the ring. This is a team sport and we have THE BEST team.
Also a huge congratulations to Natasha Folens’, Parfait. He had beautiful rounds in the local hunters yesterday. This was his first time showing 3’ at a recognized show and he handled the ambience of this beautiful venue.

Morven Park Results
Natascha Folens & Parfait competed at 3’ for the first time and had great trips including earning 7th in the hunter derby and win the working hunter u/s.
Annie Sikorski and Sunshine Girl moved up a height in the jumpers and had some speedy rounds, winning a 4th in a huge class of Low Jumpers. Brooke Mallin and Bogota Car won a pair of 5th place ribbons in the low jumpers. Sandra Ranke and Lincara TWF moved up a division and had super smooth rounds in the low jumpers.
And the PL crew welcomed Lauri Garrett and her horse Rashford’s Double to the group. Lauri brought home a 2nd place in the thoroughbred u/s while Brett earned prizes over fences.
